Radiology Associates of Roanoke provides Interventional Radiology expertise from Witold Brozyna, M.D., Michael Hollander, M.D., Van Lewis, M.D., Bruce Thomas, M.D., and William Brunelli, PA-C. The combination of experience provided by these outstanding physicians, along with a dedicated team of radiologic technologists and nurses, delivers the best in patient care and safety.

The Interventional Center offers a comprehensive array of procedures that are safely provided in an outpatient setting. We ensure appropriate sedation, constant pre- and post-procedure monitoring, and careful attention to patients’ specific needs and concerns. Our staff includes experienced ACLS-certified RNs, LPNs, and licensed Radiologic Technologists. In addition, we are prepared to transition to a local hospital setting in the rare event that an inpatient level of care is needed.

This state-of-the-art vascular X-ray system delivers industry-leading imaging capabilities, ease-of-use and advanced workflow features creating a new benchmark for patient access and speed during interventional procedures. Offering superior image quality and dose management features that enable fast, safe and accurate imaging procedures for all our patients.

As a patient, you will experience comfort and safety as we have greater dose control, quiet procedures and greater patient access without having to adjust you, the patient.

For our referring physicians, you can now clearly view critical areas – such as neuro vasculature and coronary arteries in order to diagnose and treat vascular disease. With reduced examination time for critical procedures we can have high quality, distortion free images available quickly.
